Mipox, Nippa, and KWS Form Joint Venture
Mipox, Nippa CO., LTD(Osaka, Japan, Representative Mr. Hayashi Yukio, hereafter "Nippa"), and KWS SUPPLY Co., Ltd.(Bangkok, Thailand, Representative Mr. Kongsiriphisan Wirat, hereafter "KWS") agree to form Joint Venture of slitting business as described below.
1, Purpose of Establishment
We are concentrating in "Strengthen OEM Business", as one of main strategies.
To offer appropriate product/service in each region("Local Fit"), We will establish the base to offer high-quality slitting service in South Asia.
