Announcement of the Commencement of the TOB for the Shares of Nihon Kenshi Co., Ltd.

We will inform that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 13, 2016, it has been resolved that we acquire the shares of common stock of Nihon Kenshi Co., Ltd. (Code No. 5398 , Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section ) with the takeover bid (TOB) in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law. The TOB period is from May 16th 2016 to June 24th 2016.
