Regarding Integration of Sales Office

In accordance with resolutions at the Board of Directors held on November 27, 2019, Mipox Corporation (hereafter the “Company”) announced that the Company will close Hamamatsu Sales Office and integrate it with Nagoya Sales Office on January 1st, 2020.
The impact on business performance will be minor.
