Reason for Relocation

We have been pursuing more efficient operations by utilizing IT for some time. We had introduced telework to promote the diversity of values ​​and work styles in the group, but in March 2020, we switched to a work system based on telework to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections. We have been improving the business system.
We have recently decided that telework will function effectively in our IT resources and corporate philosophy, and that it will be possible to maintain higher operational efficiency than before, so we will make the work system based on telework permanent and relocate the head office.
We anticipate that this move to the shared office will be beneficial not only in reducing fixed costs, but also in acquiring new work styles and business opportunities. As the times change, we will continue to create an environment where employees can work comfortably and opportunities for growth.

The impact of the head office relocation on the operating result of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2021 will be minor.
